This week its "Rolling" hills and ANZAC biscuits for anyone whose keen and of course some alternative walks and long runs for anyone not keen on up-ness. Unusual meetup time 5:30 at the club. Our friends at Trek and Travel have a great range of headlamps and reflective gear in at the moment if you need to upgrade and always remember to show your HRR membership card for any purchase in store to get the club discount.

THIS SATURDAY: We'll be heading to Parkruns all around the Motu this weekend. Post up your Parkrun photos/stories on the Facebook page when you're promoting HRR around the country. SUNDAY: We're venturing out to Lake Ngaroto this weekend, between Ohaupo and Te Awamutu. Meet Marlin there at 9:00am for 1+ laps. CLUB WEBSITE We're in the process of updating the Club website. If you've got a minute head to https://g.page/r/CYbtZjDz8F7HEAI/review and leave a glowing review. This helps push the clubs website further up the search results in a google search.
