Quiz night result Thank you to everyone who was able to come and make it a great and successful night. Top prize was taken out by Sally, Lauren, SJ and Andrew, utilising their collective genius and extraordinary guessing abilities to narrowly win by 1/2 a point.

Thursday

This week is 1km sprints around the lake or the usual runs and walks. Bring a light!

We will also be announcing the club member of the month.


Saturday

Parkrun training/warmup for the club champs.

Lex will be running the show at Uni and plenty of HRR volunteers are already signed up at both City Parkruns.

Sunday - Club champs

5km this weekend Sunday morning 3rd July, There'll be a separate email soon with the full details.

Club Jackets etc.

Gary will have the jacket samples at the Club again on Thursday night. You can use these for sizing purposes and if we can get a minimum order of 10 an order will be placed as soon as possible. More Beanies are on the way and we still have some stock of caps and peaks available. Vicky has organised a further supply of the flash new buffs which will be here shortly. Watch this space.
