Uniforms

Get your orders in this week. $50 each payable when the uniforms arrive. Check the sizing with others at the club.

If you have a top you can bring along on Thursday for others to try on for size that would be great.

Thursday: Time for hills again. Jog to Verandah and then run along the lake and right up to Ruakiwi Road and down x 4 with 90 second recovery between each set. Plus the usual runs/walks if you're not keen on hills. As usual, leaving from the clubhouse at 5:30.

This Saturday:

Good luck to those at Hawkes Bay Marathon and also the Great Kiwi Walk/Run here in Hamilton. Look out for some of your Road Runner friends who will be marshalling at the event.

Sunday

Summerhill Skedaddle. Bring a picnic and wear your shirt for the photo. We will have the HRR Gazebo so bring a chair too!

With so many over in the bay we'll be looking for a volunteer on Thursday night to lead a local Sunday run.

Club Champs The first round of the new club champs will kick off on Sunday 22 May 9:00am at Korokori park, Rototuna North. With the Sunday run/cafe to follow.

The first event is the 1km Run/Walk. Championship positions for the three events (1km,5km and 10km Run/Walk) will be based on age grade positions with separate run and walk categories with overall run and walk club champs.

That's it for this week.
