November Runner of the Month

A huge Road Runners congratulations and recognition to Lex Chalmers who, despite his advancing years, continues to inspire and motivate runners of all ages with his can do, must do it today attitude to his chosen sport.

Congratulations also Lex, as I'm sure that your time for the Tarawera off road Marathon doesn’t in any way reflect the effort that was required to complete the event. Well done. I, like a lot of people in the Club, are just in awe of what you are capable of and I’m sure that we havn’t seen the last of it yet.
