Arboretum Memorial Relay

A chilly morning start and on and off drizzle did not dampen the spirits of a hardy bunch of runners, walkers, and supporters who turned out for Hamilton Road Runners annual pilgrimage to the Taitua Arboretum.

Each year the club organsises a relay at this local park, followed by lunch at the clubrooms with a glass of bubbly to remember, three of our fallen friends: Viv Garlick, Rex Sim and Brian Odgers.

Pat & Michelle "warming up" for their laps?

The Pauley support crew, waiting for dad to finish his laps.
