Join us for our monthly Bring a Friend Night – the perfect opportunity to share the club with someone who’s been thinking about coming along.

We’ll kick things off with our usual relaxed and social run or walk, with options to suit all abilities. Whether your friend is brand new or just getting back into it, they’ll be welcomed into a supportive and friendly environment.

After the session, stick around for a social catch-up.

How it works:

• Members can bring a friend who hasn’t been a member before
• Both runners and walkers are welcome
• Each financial member who brings a friend goes into the draw to win a free drink for both themselves and their guest
• Bring a different friend each month to stay eligible for the draw

This is a great way to introduce someone to the club and help grow our community.
